Our strength and speed program is baseball-specific. Our head trainer is Zarick Shivers, assisted by Ben Himes. Baseball batters work specifically on the assets that hitters need: mobility, stability, rotational core power, upper back, and hand strength. We focus on these areas specifically.

Zarick is ISSA certified, with over a decade of experience in fitness education. He specializes in personal training, self-defense, nutrition, and strength training.
