Our strength and speed program is baseball-specific and produces high level college athletes annually. Our head trainer is Sam Bobbitt, and our assistant is Zarick Shivers. Baseball athletes in our program can expect gains in muscle mass, mobility, power, speed, and arm strength. We train out of a private gym, exclusive to our athletes, which is sanitized twice per day.

Zarick is ISSA certified, with over a decade of experience in fitness education. He specializes in personal training, self-defense, nutrition, and strength training.
